Wrists articulated arms
TSA articulated arms can be supplemented with a number of different accessories in order to satisfy the majority of needs in the assembly field. The accessories we offer have been designed and created in line with principal safety regulations and adhere to standards 89/392 CE.
There is an increasing need to diversify the way in which a tool must carry out screw driving on different axes, and this requires different types of release mechanisms (see drawing) that are subdivided in:
• Release on the “Z” axis
• Release on the “X” axis
• Release on the “Y” axis
In order to choose the correct accessory for the proper need, the following must be carefully evaluated:
• Tool’s maximum torque
• Locking torque
• Type of electric or pneumatic tool; straight or angled
• Locking precision %
• Direction of screw driving axis; Horizontal, Vertical, or both
• Any encumbrance
